Preparing your workspace
Human approval is meaningful only when the system makes the decision explicit, records it durably, and prevents every alternate path from bypassing it.
Separate people who can prepare campaigns from people who can approve external delivery. Keep workspace membership and role decisions server-side.
Generation should produce reviewable artifacts. Approval should record a decision. Delivery should require both that decision and a real provider connection.
A reviewer needs to edit, reject, retry a failed step, stop active processing, and resume from a safe checkpoint without destroying the audit context.
Do not label work sent because it entered a queue. Persist the provider result and expose actionable failures when the provider rejects a request.
