VranceFlex prepares SMS only when the lead has a usable phone number and the workspace has an eligible Twilio connection. Delivery still passes through approval, suppression, and cap checks.
Connect the Twilio account credentials and an eligible sender in workspace settings. Sender type, registration, geographic reach, and regulatory requirements depend on the countries and message traffic involved.
Before the provider call, VranceFlex confirms the approved job, usable phone number, suppression state, organization cap, and durable delivery claim. A missing SMS channel is not replaced with email.
Twilio usage, carrier fees, message segments, sender registration, opt-out obligations, and account limits remain the customer's responsibility. Provider responses are recorded so the workspace reflects real delivery state.
