Campaigns move through explicit research, enrichment, drafting, approval, scheduling, and delivery states. The current stage and possible recovery action are visible to operators.
Workspace membership, plan entitlements, credit balances, suppression state, and daily delivery caps are checked in the server-side workflow rather than trusted from the browser.
Durable checkpoints let a user resume unfinished work. Credit reservations and delivery claims are idempotent so retries do not double-charge or double-send.
