Bring-your-own-key delivery gives the customer a clean provider relationship and gives the orchestration layer a clear boundary. It also means setup, reputation, and provider obligations cannot be ignored.
For email, verify the sending domain or identity and protect the API key. For SMS, configure an eligible sender and complete any required registration for the traffic and destination.
Store credentials for the intended workspace, validate them when saved, and avoid sharing keys across unrelated clients or operating teams.
Confirm connection health, sender identity, channel availability, and provider limits before scheduling work. A connection test is not the same as an outreach send.
Monitor provider usage, bounces, complaints, opt-outs, carrier fees, message segments, and reputation. VranceFlex can enforce campaign controls, but the customer remains the provider account owner.
