Preparing your workspace
VranceFlex coordinates approved work; it does not hide delivery behind a shared sending pool. Each workspace connects the provider account, sender identity, and commercial relationship it intends to use.
VranceFlex owns orchestration, approval state, scheduling, suppression checks, and delivery-job records. The customer owns the provider account, sender configuration, domain or phone reputation, usage charges, and applicable messaging obligations.
If a workspace has no valid provider connection, the job cannot be sent through a VranceFlex account instead. The workspace receives an actionable configuration or provider error.
A draft is not a send, and a scheduled job is not a send. VranceFlex records sent state only after a real Resend or Twilio response is available.
